The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and promoting the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Create a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
• Build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable, flexible, and professional attitude.
• A minimum of 6 months’ paid experience within a health and social care setting.
