Support Workers Wanted – Casual Shifts

💙 The Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred care and practical support

• Assist with daily living activities

• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

• Support service users with emotional and social needs

• Work effectively as part of a care team

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 months’ experience in support or care work within the UK

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness to complete an Access NI check (if not already in place)

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, nights, weekends)
