Excel Healthcare Recruitment is delighted to recruit on behalf of our client, an independent pharmacy in Tullamore, Offaly, for a dedicated and customer-focused Support Pharmacist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established pharmacy team, delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Provide expert advice on medications, over-the-counter products, and general health queries to customers.

• Work closely with the supervising pharmacist and the wider pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Ensure all pharmaceutical services are delivered to the highest professional standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Assist in stock control and ordering processes to ensure the availability of necessary medications.

• Adhere to company policies and pharmacy regulations, including PSI and HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm/MPharm).

• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).

• Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is desirable but not essential.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and healthcare services.
