Excel Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse on a full time, permanent contract, for a charming nursing home just 20 minutes from Balbriggan, Co. Meath.

Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare assistants and clinical nurse managers, to promote effective communication and uphold our client’s fundamental values.
  • Providing a high standard of care and service within the workplace.
  • Ensure excellent communication between residents and their family.
  • Work in accordance with An Bord Altranais Code of Professional Conduct at all times.

Requirements of a Nurse:

  • Active NMBI Pin.
  • Proven experience in the Irish healthcare system.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
  • Knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
