Excel Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate HSE Nurses for various Community Nursing units in North Dublin. This job would be suitable for nurses who wish to manage their own schedule and choose the number of hours they want to work.

Responsibilities of this Registered Nurse job:

• Provide treatment to patients as directed by the medical team
• Proficiency in conducting audits, evaluations, incident reviews, and/or investigation
• Assist in creating customized care plans based on each resident’s needs
• Monitor and evaluate the resident’s response to treatment and amend the plan of care accordingly
• Maintenance of accurate patient records and the timely deliverance of reports
• Provide a specialist nursing service for patients with age related conditions who require support and treatment through the continuum of care.

Requirements for this Registered Nurse job:

• Be a registered nurse on the live Register of Nurses and have a valid Pin
• Valid Nursing Qualification
• Right to work in Ireland (Hold a valid EU/ EEA passport or IRP Stamp 1G, 2 or 4)
• Experience with care of the Elderly, an interest and compassion for the Elderly.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations Resident Support / Person Centred Service Provision
• Excellent communication skills
• Must demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development
