Our client is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care in a supportive and welcoming environment and is now seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their clinical team.

Duties of the Registered General Nurse:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Administer medications in line with An Bord Altranais guidelines and nursing home policies.
• Monitor residents’ clinical needs and respond appropriately to any changes in condition.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare assistants, multidisciplinary teams, residents, and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Ensure all HIQA standards and nursing home policies are always adhered to.

Registered General Nurse must:

• Hold active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Have previous experience working in a nursing home or elderly care setting (desirable).
• Demonstrate excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills.
• Be eligible to work in Ireland – EU applicants only will be considered.
