Excel Recruitment are recruiting Primary Health Nurses (PHNs) on behalf of a community service in Dublin South West.

We have an immediate full-time vacancy for a Registered Primary Health Nurse to join the community team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to patients in both clinic and domiciliary settings.

Location: Dublin South West (CHN 3, CHN 8 & CHN 9)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Hours: 37.5 hours

Contract: 6 to 12 months

• Duties of the Primary Health Nurse include:
• Providing high-quality care in clinic and community settings
• Carrying out wound care, assessments, injections, and palliative care
• Supporting patients and families with health education and advice
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support patient needs
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with best practice

Primary Health Nurse must:

• Be a Registered PHN with NMBI registration
• Hold relevant experience in community or acute care settings
• Have access to own transport and a full driving licence
• Be flexible, compassionate, and patient-focused
