Excel Healthcare Recruitment are currently recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a company which specialises in supporting Community Pharmacies to deliver excellent personalised care to their community.

Location: Celbridge, Kildare

Hours: Full time (No late nights) (No Sundays)

Contract: Permanent

Salary Range – 35,000 to 40,000 per annum

Pharmacy Technician duties include:

• Proven track record working as a qualified Pharmacy Technician Accounts Administrator in a busy dispensary and fully competent in delivery of all aspects of the dispensary model.
• Responsible for overseeing the billing management system from start to end. This includes management of various health schemes and nursing home payments etc.
• Management of various databases such a patient medication records, bills systems, health schemes etc
• Accounts management in adhering to accounts policies and procedures to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the company’s’ monthly billing requirements.
• Working in partnership with various healthcare teams using your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver a first-class billing management experience.
• Responsible for the delivery of excellent customer relationship management.
• Responsible for smooth operation of patient and client record management system.
• Ability to work with multi dispensary teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Be accurate with excellent attention to detail and be very organised.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on carefully, methodically, and accurately.
• Be flexible in approach to work while been conscientious, motivate and willing to learn.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure and have the ability to multitask.
• Touchstore experience is ideal but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Qualified Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years’ experience
