Kitchen Porter in West Dublin

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Clean floors, work surfaces and food preparation areas.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils and cutlery using both commercial dishwashers and manual washing methods.
• Assist with the receiving and organising of equipment and food deliveries.
• Ensure food storage and supply areas are kept clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required.
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Good understanding of hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland.
