Hospital Receptionist

Excel Recruitment is looking for Receptionist to work in HSE hospital near Dublin City centre. Immediate start, shift work and full time. This job will start as temporary job with Excel Recruitment with a strong possibility leading to permanent job with the hospital.

This role will suit an experienced receptionist with strong administrative and organisational skills. An ideal candidate will have compassionate and caring personality.

Hospital Receptionist responsibilities:

  • Greeting and helping patients, visitors, and clients in person and on the phone
  • Directing patients, visitors, and clients to the correct part of the hospital
  • Answering phone calls efficiently, promptly, and courteously
  • Manning switchboard and diverting phone calls to the right personnel
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paces environment and prioritise tasks
  • Additional administrative office duties

Hospital Receptionist requirements:

  • 1 year experience in reception or administration
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and confidence working on your own
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
