Excel Healthcare is recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to work on agency basis with our clients across North Dublin.

This role involves supporting residents with varying levels of intellectual and physical needs. As a temporary Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personal care, following care plans, and promoting the comfort, dignity, and overall well-being of residents.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a healthcare setting, excited to work with different clients across North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily routines

• Helping during mealtimes as needed

• Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Full QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in healthcare support

• Prior professional care experience is preferred

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Reliable, compassionate, and punctual

• A full, clean Irish driver’s licence is an advantage
