Grade IV Administrator

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Grade IV Administrator for our client in Kerry. This is a full time fixed-term position until March 2026 but may be extended. This position would suit an experienced Grade IV administrator who is available straight away.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Preparing and reviewing documents such as reports and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
  • Supporting meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up
  • Promoting excellent customer service and responding to feedback
  • Supervising staff, managing workloads, and supporting team well being
  • Participating in service improvement initiatives and implementing changes
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Supporting sustainability efforts within the organisation

Requirements

  • Previous experience at Grade IV level
  • Demonstrate strong administrative experience and ICT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Show ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meet any post-specific experience requirements relevant to the role
