Excel Healthcare is currently recruiting a Director of Nursing for a well-established, medium-sized nursing home located in the scenic suburbs near Blackrock, Co. Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse manager to lead a dedicated team during an exciting period of development and refurbishment.

• Active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience within the last 6 years in a care of the elderly setting.
• Post-registration qualification in healthcare management (essential).

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• Proven success in leading teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.
