Chef – Kildare/North Dublin

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and portion meals in line with kitchen requirements and instructions
• Follow all HACCP procedures, food safety regulations, and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation at all times
• Work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a busy kitchen team
• Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and team structures

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a CDP or Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certificates
• Excellent time management and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Legally entitled to work in Ireland
• Own transport and the ability to travel to different work locations is preferred
