Chef

Excel Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Healthcare Chef to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills combined with solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, particularly in industrial, offshore, or camp environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals in accordance with company standards
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
• Implement and maintain HACCP and food safety systems
• Conduct daily hygiene and safety inspections in kitchen areas
• Monitor food storage, temperature control, and stock management
• Train kitchen staff on food safety, PPE usage, and emergency procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in industrial/offshore/camp environments
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in rotation schedule
• Good level of English
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
