About the Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will support kitchen and front-of-house operations while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and customer service. Assignments may vary in location, start times, and duration depending on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation and service
- Serving customers and patients in a professional manner
- Setting up and clearing dining and service areas
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchens and dining spaces
- Washing dishes and kitchen equipment as required
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily operations
Requirements
- Previous Catering Assistant experience is desirable
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, flexible, and punctual
- Willingness to travel to different locations across Dublin
- Available for full-time daytime shifts
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
