Catering Assistant – Dublin

Requirements

• Food Safety Certification (training can be provided if required)
• Manual Handling Certification (training can be provided if required)
• Previous experience as a Catering Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean cookware, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain high hygiene standards by ensuring all surfaces, floors, and food preparation areas are fully sanitised
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Keep food stations clean, organised, and fully stocked during service
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
