Excel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and passionate Baristas to join our growing team of hospitality professionals across Dublin. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality coffee, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, speciality beverages, teas, and other drinks in line with company standards
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service while creating a welcoming experience for all customers
• Accurately process customer orders and transactions, including cash and card payments, while maintaining attention to detail
• Ensure coffee stations, counters, and service areas are clean, fully stocked, organised, and ready for service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista within a busy coffee shop, cafe, catering, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in preparing espresso-based coffees, speciality beverages, and a range of hot and cold drinks
• Confident use of commercial coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment
• Good spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
