Excel Healthcare is hiring a dedicated, qualified Registered Nurse to work in an acute setting on an agency basis in Cork City.

This role is an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses looking to expand their experience in an acute HSE setting.

Responsibilities of this Agency Registered Nurse role include:

• Provide high quality care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort and dignity.
• Monitor and record patient’s vital signs and note any progress and adjustments needed.
• Form and implement care plans aligned with individual patient’s needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with HSE guidelines and standards.

Requirements of this Agency Registered Nurse role include:

• Active registration with the NMBI (pin required)
• Must hold EU/EEA citizenship or Stamp 1G, 2 or 4 (unfortunately we can not offer sponsorship)
• Hold valid healthcare and HSELand certificates in Patient Manual Handling, Infection Control, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Open Disclosure, etc.
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
