Catering Assistant – Dublin

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Catering Assistant, Waiter/Waitress, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar hospitality role
• Food Safety Certification – training can be provided if required
• Manual Handling Certification – training can be provided if required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, professional, and flexible approach to work

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean cookware, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards across kitchens, food preparation areas, surfaces, and floors
• Assist with basic food preparation as required
• Keep food service areas clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner
• Support the wider catering team to ensure smooth and efficient service
