Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Support Workers within the service.
• Administer and record medication in line with policies and procedures.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks where required.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, care plans and incident reports.
• Support a safe, inclusive and positive environment for service users.
• Build strong relationships with service users, families and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ paid experience within a healthcare, support work or social care setting.
• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or experienced Support Worker.
• Medication administration experience is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
