Excel Recruitment is hiring experienced baristas for flexible, temporary roles across Dublin, working with a range of hospitality sites. These roles offer full-time hours with daytime shifts, making them ideal for candidates looking for consistent work patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Operate espresso machines confidently and efficiently
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Handle till operations and cash where required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station
- Assist with light food prep and general café duties
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is essential (minimum 6 months in a fast-paced environment)
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Ability to work efficiently in busy settings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to travel to different locations across Dublin
Shift Details:
- Full-time hours available
- Daytime shifts (typically morning to afternoon)
- Monday to Friday availability preferred, with some weekend shifts depending on client needs
