We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Operative to join a busy retail environment in Dingle, Co.Kerry on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and delivering excellent customer service.

This is a Temporary role for the month of July.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional service to all customers
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation
• Operate tills and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Support with deliveries, stock organisation, and back-of-house tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health & safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use initiative
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
