Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Belfast. This is a fully office-based role suited to a driven recruiter with a proven background in healthcare recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing healthcare professionals across a range of clients while building strong relationships with both candidates and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the healthcare sector

• Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts

• Manage candidate compliance and onboarding processes

• Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS system

Requirements

• Proven experience working in healthcare recruitment (essential)

• Strong billing or sales track record within recruitment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated and resilient
