We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Stores Assistant to join our team in Togher, Cork city.

This role involves delivering products to customers throughout Cork and surrounding areas while also supporting warehouse and stores operations when deliveries are not scheduled.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate deliveries, maintaining stock organisation, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver goods to customers across Cork and nearby regions.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Check customer orders before dispatch to ensure correct items and quantities are delivered.

• Assist with receiving incoming deliveries and unloading goods.

• Store products in the correct locations and update stock records on the inventory system.

• Identify and report any damaged, missing, or faulty stock promptly.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the stores and warehouse area, ensuring walkways remain clear and stock is organised safely.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customer queries when required.

• Follow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.

• Carry out additional reasonable tasks as requested by management.

Essential Requirements

• Full, clean Category C driving licence

• Previous experience operating a truck or similar delivery vehicle

• Experience working within a warehouse or stores environment

• Forklift driving experience

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with stock or warehouse systems

Desirable Skills

• Valid Forklift Licence

• Manual Handling Certificate

• Valid Safe Pass
