Responsabilities of this Recruitement Resourcer Job:

• Sourcing healthcare professionals (nurses, carers, support staff, etc.) across job boards and social media

• Engaging with candidates to understand their experience, preferences, and availability

• Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent

• Managing candidate databases and keeping records up to date

• Supporting recruiters to fill urgent and long-term healthcare shifts and roles

Requirments of this Resourcer Job:

• A confident communicator with strong people skills

• Someone who’s organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

• Interest in healthcare and helping others

• Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential

• Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland – Visa Sponsorship is currently unavailable
