Salary: €78,000-€94,000

What you’ll do:

• Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services across Oncology/Haematology

• Optimise complex therapies in collaboration with medical and nursing teams

• Lead medication governance, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives

• Drive service development and contribute to quality improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Registered Pharmacist with relevant clinical experience

• Internship completed in a hospital or specialist setting

• Postgraduate clinical qualification is an advantage

• Highly organised with excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
