Excel Healthcare are currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Healthcare team in Dublin City.

Excel supports the HSE and private healthcare facilities all over Ireland.

This recruitment role would suit a recruiter with 1+ years experience in healthcare recruitment. This recruitmetn consultant role will also involve international recruitment.

Recruitment consultant duties:

Recruiting nurses and other healthcare professionals

Managing jobs boards

Sourcing candidates

Preparing candidates for interviews

Sending CV’s to public and private clients

Building relationships

Business development

Requirements of this recruitment consultant:

At least 1 years experience in healthcare recruitment (preferably in nursing)

Experience with HSE recruitment procedures and processes is an advantage

Track record of achieving targets

Knowledge of the procedures and processes involved in international recruitment

Resourcing skill set
