Excel Healthcare are recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join their dynamic Healthcare Team.

This is a dynamic role which involves administration, onboarding, reporting, compliance and some recruitment duties.

If you are a driven individual who is interested in a career within recruitment this is the ideal role for you.

Excel Healthcare have 5 offices all over Ireland and over 120 recruitment consultants. Our Healthcare division hire healthcare staff on a temporary and permanent basis for hospitals, nursing homes and hospice’s all over Ireland.

This Human Resourcer Administrator Role involves:

  • Administration
  • Reporting
  • Creating Job specs
  • Evaluating CV’s and shortlisting
  • Sourcing healthcare professionals though job adverts, CV database and other platforms including Linkedin
  • Calling candidates
  • Over the phone and in person interviews
  • Garda vetting and reference checking
  • Compliance checking
  • Updating profiles and ensuring data is accurate
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Full training provided.

This role is office based Monday to Friday 9-5.30

Requirements:

  • Proficient in word and excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Passion for helping people
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential
