Our client, a well-established retirement home, is seeking two full-time HCAs to join their team. This role offers a supportive working environment with a lighter workload than traditional nursing home settings.

Location: Navan, Meath

Hours: Full time

Contract: Permanent

Rate of Pay: €14.00 per hour (day rate) | €14.85 per hour (night rate)

Duties of the Healthcare Assistant include:

• Supporting residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity and independence
• Assisting with personal care, meals, and mobility as required
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Working closely with nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of care

Healthcare Assistant must:

• Hold a relevant QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare (or equivalent)
• Have previous experience working in a care environment (desirable)
• Be eligible to work in Ireland (please note: this role does not offer sponsorship)
• Be compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent care
